Just like two years ago, we invite you to share a moment of conviviality and discovery around an exceptional dinner. 

                          A unique atmosphere and valuable connections between participants: that's the magic of Chez Subtile!

For our 2025 edition, we are delighted to welcome Charles Biwer, a talented young chef of Luxembourgish origin, who honed his skills in Paris at Nhomade, a caterer specializing in exceptional events, before returning to Luxembourg as a Private Chef.

Charles is creative and adapts to his environment, especially when it is stimulating! This will be the case for this dinner, with the presence of our new exhibitions, Glass Variations (France) and La Gadoue (Belgique), designers and artists renowned for their contemporary and innovative works, subliming glass and fibre.

In addition to the dinner, and the table setting, we have some artistic surprises in store, a secret we will unveil to you on the night. At Subtile, we love curious and audacious people, and if you know our touch, you know we know how to surprise you!

The menu, consisting of three courses, will be accompanied by the talents of Maison Bertrand, who has unearthed niche wines from small producers, small gems that will highlight your palate.

An outline of the evening:

7pm:  Welcome and Bubbles- Drinks, music and appetizers are served.

8pm.  Dinner - A sit-down 3 courses meal is served on specifically dressed tables in a new setting with the new exhibition

Entertainment - art performances take place.

10.30pm Closing music and Thank You Moment

Price is EUR 130 with wine pairing or non-alcoholic special beverage, art performances and handmade ceramic dinnerware made specifically for the event
