Valérie, founder of Mettā Yoga Luxembourg, is a seasoned practitioner trained in Vinyasa, Thai Yoga Massage, Yoga Nidra, and Yin Yoga. She takes a functional approach to teaching, adapting to the needs of each student, and integrates Mettā (loving-kindness) into her Yin and Yoga Nidra classes through storytelling, fostering deep connection and healing. She also offers sound baths with gongs, crystal singing bowls, and other instruments, combining her love for Cha Dao - tea ceremonies - to create holistic, nourishing experiences.
